Cancellation policy

Ensure you read our terms and conditions: www.robbeburg.nl/termsandconditions. --- // Playgroups // Cancellations are non-refundable and must be made no later than 8:00 AM on the day the Playgroup takes place. - In place of a refund, participants may arrange to attend an alternative Playgroup session of any type within two (2) weeks (subject to availability) by contacting info@robbeburg.nl. - Art Club sessions must be booked before 1:00 PM on the day of the session. - For playgroups other than Art Club, walk-ins may be accepted if space allows, at the discretion of the volunteers facilitating the session. - Walk-in attendance must be paid on the spot via Tikkie. - If a playgroup session is cancelled by Robbeburg for any reason, all payments used for bookings for that session will be refunded automatically.
