Booking & Cancellation Policy

Playgroups

​

Cancellations are non-refundable and must be made no later than 8:00 AM on the day the Playgroup takes place.

​

  • In place of a refund, participants may arrange to attend an alternative Playgroup session of any type within two (2) weeks (subject to availability) by contacting info@robbeburg.nl.

  • Art Club sessions must be booked before 1:00 PM on the day of the session.

  • For Playgroups other than Art Club, walk-ins may be accepted if space allows, at the discretion of the volunteers facilitating the session.

  • Walk-in attendance must be paid on the spot via Tikkie.

  • If a Playgroup session is cancelled by Robbeburg for any reason, all payments used for bookings for that session will be refunded automatically.

Play Passes

 

Play Passes provide access to Playgroup sessions only, subject to available spots in each session and to the terms below.

 

Types of Packages

  • New Visitors Intro Package

    Provides two (2) Play Passes for first-time-visiting families to book up to two (2) Playgroup sessions for up to (2) kids. Each booking uses one (1) Play Pass credit. Valid for one (1) calendar month from the date of purchase.

  • Limited Play Pass Packages

    Available as 5-pass and 10-pass packages. Each booking uses one (1) Play Pass credit. Valid for three (3) calendar months from the date of purchase.

  • Unlimited Play Pass Package

    Provides unlimited access to Playgroup session bookings during the validity period. Valid for one (1) calendar month from the start date.

All passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire automatically at the end of their validity period. Unused passes, credits or access cannot be refunded, exchanged, or extended.

Cancellations & Rescheduling​

  • Playgroup bookings made using any Play Pass must be cancelled no later than 8:00 AM on the day of the scheduled session.

  • All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made by contacting info@robbeburg.nl and are subject to availability.

 

If cancelled on time:

  • New Visitors Intro Package & Limited Play Pass bookings

    The used Play Pass credit may be transferred to one (1) rescheduled Playgroup session, which must:

    • take place within two (2) weeks of the original booking; and

    • fall within the package’s validity period.

  • Unlimited Play Pass Package bookings

    Another Playgroup session may be booked within the remaining validity period.

 

If not cancelled on time:

  • New Visitors Intro Package & Limited Play Pass bookings: The Play Pass credit is forfeited.

  • Unlimited Play Pass bookings: Another Playgroup session may be booked within the remaining validity period.

Parties & Playdates

 

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time by contacting info@robbeburg.nl.

Parties

  • A deposit is required when booking.

  • If cancelled at least 72 hours in advance, the party deposit will be refunded.

  • Any remaining payment is non-refundable.

  • If cancelled less than 72 hours in advance, no refund will be issued, including the deposit.

 

Playdates

  • No deposit is taken when booking.

  • All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

 

At least 72 hours before the scheduled start time, you may reschedule the same service one (1) time within three (3) months of the original date (subject to availability) by contacting info@robbeburg.nl.

Events

​

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend by contacting info@robbeburg.nl.

  • If an event is cancelled by Robbeburg for any reason, all purchased tickets will be refunded automatically using the original payment method.
