Sand Art & Storytelling - 2 to 4 year olds

The Sand Art & Storytelling Workshop, led by House of Craftivities, offers a unique and enriching experience for young minds and their parents, sparking their imagination through the vibrant world of color, texture, and storytelling. Please note: this session requires parents to stay with their child throughout. 

This sensory-rich play with sand engages children as they explore texture, weight, and form. Inspired by the beauty of nature, they’ll create stunning scenes of sun, sky, and the natural world around us. Throughout the workshop, children will learn how to use sand to craft intricate patterns on canvas, then bring their creations to life with color. They’ll receive guidance on color blending and composition, capturing the world’s beauty one grain of sand at a time!

Part 1: Creating Art with Sand
