COSTS - €150 plus a €75 deposit: €225 is taken at the time of booking, with the €75 deposit refunded after the party, provided that the hiring agreement and terms and conditions have been fulfilled. ATTENDEES Max 50 people, including children SCHEDULING - Fridays: 12:30 - 20:00 - Saturdays and Sundays: 9:30 - 13:30 and 14:00 -18:00 - Party rentals ar for 4 hours total, including set up for decorations and cleaning WITHIN those 4 hours. You MUST arrive and leave on time. It is possible to extend the hours of booking from 18:00 to 20:00 for €25 extra per hour. Contact us for arrangements. - PLEASE NOTE: Our party rentals are booked up several months in advance. If there is no availability for the date you want, then we are full. There is no waitlist. Please do not email us to ask to book dates if they are unavailable on the booking calendar. VENUE - Our friendly and inviting space is an indoor playground, best suited to children aged 6 and under, with a ball pit, slide, wooden playhouse, role play areas and a huge variety of toys and books. We have a cupboard full of supplies for arts and crafts. For your littlest ones we have baby bouncers, a baby swing and a baby box. - Alongside these play areas are comfy seating areas for adults and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee making appliances (we do not provide tea/coffee supplies). If you wish to use these amenities, please make sure the kitchen is left clean and tidy before you leave and disconnect appliances to minimize risks. RULES - Little babies crawl in our space, so no shoes can be worn inside. - Use of the garden is not possible. - You may use your own decorations, but latex balloons are not allowed (popped balloons are a choking hazard for crawling babies). Foil baIloons are allowed. If you wish to decorate the walls, please use washi tape, instead of cello tape (can cause damage or leave permanent marks to the wall). - We do NOT provide entertainment and/or catering, but we provide cutlery, which must be washed and tidied up. You may bring your own food and drinks, except nuts and cocktail toothpicks (forbidden for safety). Food and drinks are ONLY allowed in the first room where the tables and kitchen area are located. - Ensure the place is tidy and cleaned before you leave. You can change your party date/time once at least three weeks in advance of the original date by emailing info@robbeburg.nl. You can also choose a voucher to be used within 3 months of the date of cancellation.
