Mini & Me: Parent and Child Yoga (Toddlers)

“Mini & Me” Parent and Child Yoga series by Life in Bloom Yoga

Come join our ongoing yoga series led by Life in Bloom Yoga on the last Tuesday of every month beginning Tuesday 28 July. This series will offer parent-and-child yoga classes centered on intentional time together, moving, breathing, and connecting with your child. Activities support age-appropriate development. In the Mini & Me (Toddlers) class, little ones who are already crawling to age 36 months are gently introduced to traditional yoga poses and breath connection in addition to playful movements and songs, while caregivers also get space to stretch, reset, and enjoy a moment of calm together.

Pregnant/postpartum caregivers are welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary. No pose, movement, or activity will ever be forced. Minis are welcome to wander, explore, and vocalize their needs as they wish without judgment.
